I have a couple rechambered heads up fore sale. $40 shipped plus a core. (You ship me a stock head back.) Dont have any pics at the moment but can send them via text. If interested send me a PM with your phone number.
 
Here some pics! These heads make a world of difference. On a stock bike these heads will make over 30HP when they are only 17HP to begin with. Huge improvement for a low price!

Got any type of warrantie on the work or guarantee I mean if I get it and it won't seal can I send it back and u will give me another cause I'm deff interested

If your gonna charge $40... you might want to change your sig... you say head mod for $30... Just saying...;)
 
you certainly have a bit of a step where the change from squish band to compression dome is concerned... what is the volume of this head?

Sorry to tell you but there is no way just a head mod will give you 30 or more HP. I call that a truly false claim.
 
If I could find someone willing to post me one I too could double mine.

Any takers, to get me a head, have the work performed and post it to me together with 2 new head gaskets.

First off, stock Blaster hp is claimed to be 17hp.
A modified head, raised exhaust port, and lid off the airbox will make about 30+hp with the right jetting.
I don't think anyone who has done this mod will dispute these figures.
So yes, if you could get "the right" head made for $40, and threw on an extra basegasket, you could double your HP.

I have seen machines that had an impressive list of modifications that JUST DID NOT WORK.
The devil is in the details. Will a $40 head beat a "ported, stroked, 240"?
Sometimes it will, what are all the other details?
I always found it wise to tread carefully in these waters.

Will a $40 head or a "ported, stroked, 240" make 50hp?
It takes a fair amount of work to get 50hp out of a 250 motocrosser...

Man ! Where did you come up with this ??? I have a redesigned head along with many other mods. Going by what your saying, I should be pushing 60 HP .lol. I just can't beleave your posting this false info. I CALL BS !!!

Steve I think you just added to the rowdiness.Now you seem to be very knowledgable so tell me.Did you dyno or have any proof of 30hp with a redesigned head,airbox lid off and raised exhaist port? I would have to agree that the statement above is a little far fetched.In my opinion you will need a full port job,redesigned head,decent pipe of your choice to be in the 30hp range.Now comes the question of the stock carb.Just how much can the stock 26mm carb handle for power before it falls on it's face?Please explain your beliefs.Thanks
