1992 250x.

well you and your four stroke army better watch out for the 2 stroke army we are still fighting back lol and if i recall right a blaster can keep up with a 400ex so it can keep up with a 398 lol

Modded blasters,mine is going to have a stroker,pipe,lighter,carb,port and polish,gearing,ect.Mine will be lighter than a 400ex,faster,ect.

Mine will stomp,a friend of mine said with the mods im doing they would make me race in the 450 class?
 
arent they basically the same as a 300ex ? God i hope not,i had one and it was the biggest waste of money EVER !!
 
your funny if you think that'll beat a 400ex stock to stock... my blaster beat a stock 400ex mod for mod a 400ex is 100x better

I never said anything about beating a 400ex? Once my work is done it will easily beat one.

Im trying to find a job to fund this build,since im spending the rest of my money tomorrow shipping sh*to ut since ive been busy and forgot to ship some stuff.
 
250x's aren't much slower than 400ex's. They are faster than 300ex's, and wicked f*cking torquey. My friend bought one, and I thought GAY, thats until I rode it. Thing is a f*cking sexy beast and its not far behind a modded blaster... So all you people talking sh*t, get out there and ride one, or go race one. You'll be surprised.

Exactly,they arent as slow as people say,wait till im done with the build,and most will say holly sh*t for a 250.
 
I absolutely hated that damn thing,it had a pipe,filter kit,cam,edelbrock carb,and i could still JUST hang with a 400ex with basic mods.I invested ALOT of money into it and was VERY let down in the end.

300ex's are slow compared to 250x's,trow the mods you did on a 250x and it will beat a 400ex.

So far i plan on the 390 kit,with cam,stroker,edelbrock or 450r carb,hmf with scorpion header i got off ebay,filter,and 250x's are also lighter than 300exs.
 
I really dont understand why the 250x are faster,they have a shorter stroke by roughly 9mm =less torque. The only thing i did not have on mine was a big bore,i looked into them,but after talking to some builders decided against the 390 kit because the stock head could not flow enuff to perform the way it "should" i have NO bad things to say about the 250x because i have only looked at one in a storage building and never watched one run.
