mmm big power is to be made in the exhaust port, but it all needs to work with your pipe, and carb, and head.. its a package deal not.. port the jugg and think its gonna go like hell, a home port job can kill power if you dont know what your doing to make it all work in sync

you ever wonder why none of the builders show the exhaust port??? think about it

right but i didnt start the tread out saying i do porting and all that if you go to the dealership you are not gonna be able to get your cylinder ported. i know the concept of port and i am going about doing in on my own little by little to teach my self porting. porting is not part of being a technitian its about being a Performance Engine Builder

lots can be learned by buying up jugs by other builders. everyone has a little different way of doing things as well, so its nice to see different perspectives on how they make power. i've always wanted to get a flotek top end, wildcard, oconnor, and even kennedy top ends to dyno back to back.

hey awk that looks sweet, my wildcard one looks very nice as well. he does add the boyesen ports though.

yes its NICE!!! but me looking at that pic isnt gonna tell me exactly how wide or tall he went with those ports. unless it was in my hands and i sat down with it to measure every angle and for me to get my hands on that id have to pay for it. i am going through my own long process of research and trial porting i bet ken had alot of trail and error to get to how good he was today. i didnt say i was a porter i said i was a tech

like i said before, provide good quality info and be an asset and then talk to the mods/admins. perhaps provide proof you work as a tech in a shop?

you have 1 minute to answer this.... and im timing..

what is the most common failure to suzuki lt250r motors?

Easy, exhaust port bridge heats up and expands into the piston causing it to blow. Everyone knows that, the better question is how do you fix that problem
