Doesn't look like a weld failure to me, looks like it started on the shock mount break then broke the other side

This guys work is sh*t! He built a swing arm that my 95 pound kid broke! I gave him months to make it right,and all I have got is a bunch of excuses! BUYER BEWARE! I did nothing but give him his asking price,and expect a quality part in return! It failed EPICALLY! And he acknowledged the problem and never made good on it!
