I spent three hours today blueprinting a head done by one of the big boys with a Newen machine. I wanted to puke! What a freakin mess! Valve guides installed .050 out of spec, seat contact area not centered, and the concentricity of the seats was out by .010. This head has two hours on it and cost a bunch of money. This head came from a major player. Could be a bad head but I doubt it.

it won't be the first or last time your attention to detail has exposed shoddy work from someone with a big name, they spent the big bucks on expensive machinery, cause they couldn't have done it the "old way" at all
