hello

i was wondering if a loose head pipe would have caused any of my idle probs??? im getting ready for the leakdown and the nuts were not tight at all, they had plenty of threads on but it took little force to get them off. i guess the backed at a little while i was letting it idle during break in, i know break in before leakdown bad idea i didnt know then. i still think its a leak i have to go back and get a new expansion plug the one i got was too big so hopefully this afternoon i will know if i got any leaks.

thanks

joe

nah probally not man, you can find blasters on you tube running with no head pipe at all.. :o definately not good for the motor though.. lol

i think its better if the header fits well, it is possible for the motor to suck air there. the whole point of the expansion chamber is to return gasses etc so if its not there it will suck oxygen to some degree. IMO
