I was able to use my dremel to port match my toomey flange to the new motor! Worked awesome I love it! Still hacking up metal but nothing a six pack can't cure!!

Here is what I did- Opened up the motor side about 1.25mm to match the ported exhaust port! sh*tty pic, but there is a lip still where it meets the donut gasket.

Love my dremel, its smaller than that one though.

Good work on matching that flange, my power pros flange was so close to the same size as my WILDCARD ported cylinder that I didn't bother, but I did take special care to get it squared up as much as possible!
 
It's called a jackhammer Slick. It has a small cam on top of it. The drive unit moves the cam so you get a back and forth motion. I use it to run small files, stones and paper.
