Getting an AWESOME deal on an Lt 250r sat

Next thread from wifesblaster will be "my new garage going up"!!!! You are going to need more room for that stable of machines. Looks like a nice score. As stated above the billet thrust washers and rm bearing are a must for any lt250/500. Those cranks are known to come apart with the stock thrust washers.

I wish I could get deals like that around here. I came up on one good deal and if I buy it, I'll post it in the off topic section.

He lives less than a mile from me and keeps putting it off. I have tried to meet him on 3 different times. I just told him I am no longer interested good luck with the sale.

wise choice !
unless it was a zilla, and going to be worth something in the end,
i wouldn't touch a 20+ year old suzuki

Well there will be no Lt 250R in my future. I did however take the advice of somebody on here who has helped me a lot :) Paid $350 for a 98 Polaris trail boss 250. Doesn't have spark. Guy said it needs a spark plug cap. We'll see. The wife can ride this since it's an automatic with electric start. I love that it's a 2 stroke!

wifes I bought a 350 Polaris awhile back for resale shop took off the plastics carb and reeds told the lady it needed a new jug got it home put it back together and all it was was the plug wire was tight against the tank and would pop out of the boot. All I did was bend the coil mount so the wire wasn't tight and she ran great good machines

Sweet. Hopefully it will be something with the plug wire. I really don't want to buy a cdi and/or stator. The wife said "leave it alone. Don't go changing everything and making it faster!" Of course that was after I said "I wonder how it would run with a ported cylinder!"
