Electrical Prob? Won't Kick start

Does any body know why my bike don't want to kick start? If you push it it start in 5 feet, It's got spark but seems not enough! If i set the sparkplugs gap to all most 0.5 mm it start first kick. The plugs don't last all so

Whats the plug look like?
Did you do anything recently that could of caused this?
Hows the coil?
Grounds connected well?
What kind of plug you using?
Fresh gas?
Carb clean?
