Sorry for this thread but I need to vent before I explode. Next door to me this woman is keeping 5 Horses and 3 mini goats. Non of them have any shelter and the horses are walking around in what is now a huge mud pit.They have no water because it's frozen. I don't think they been feed in about a week. The Horses have ice on them. The woman don't live there now bit still keeps the animals there. It's a shame! There out in the rain and cold all day and night. I called the SPCA and they don't realy care. I'm going crazy trying to find someone to help these animals . I will be adding pics soon.

no need for pics, noone wants to see animals suffering..... i would jsut keep calling untill something is done.
jest keep calling and calling, try volunteer organizations, there has to be a group of animal rights activists near ya somewhere, i hat asshats that dont take care of their animals

man if that was here in baltimore the animal control people would be all over that, getting them to a shelter and taking legal action against her!

thats odd. the guy next door to us hasnt fixed his fence in a year and his horse keeps getting out and licking my car. so in the morning im going to have to stop by and have a word with him. the horse does it one more time and its gone......im so F'n pissed right now
he said licking lol, prolly licking salt off of it, same reasons deer lick pavement
licking not kicking. it leaves scratches.....im very paticular about my car. yea it was only 20k but its probley the nicest car ill ever own and i want to keep it nice. no smoking in it no drinks no food if its wet outside i take my shoes off and put them in a bag and drive in socks. i dont play around lol. so i do everything i can to keep it in good shape and then sh!t like this happens so yea it pisses me off
yup normally it wouldnt have salt on it because its not drove in the winter but my work car is in the shop so i didnt have a choice

just call up the local county sheriffs office, dont bother with municipalities they wont do crap for anything more than a barking dog
Finally someone is there looking at the animals. I'm good friends with my local senator. I got him in on it.
