He obviously doesnt know what your able to do as a mod like check log ins and so forth.

If this cats been on while supposedly not having net and his excuse was the info was in his paypal WTF didnt he make getting this guys carb to him first priority instead of not even having common courtesy and dropping a line to the guy explaining the issue?
