Sorry bro I had to step out for a while. When you pull the inner clutch hub there will be a washer that has slots cut in it make sure ya put it in the way it came out. next when ya pull the outer clutch basket off, there will be two washers one thicker than the other, the thinest one is concaved and must be put on first, it goes on like this --) then the thicker one which should be no more than two penny's thick. If it's thicker that's your problem. maybe the back of your basket is worn or machined, that's what mine was and someone tried to compensate by using a thicker washer ended up breaking the little gear on the back of the basket!
