hopefully sumbody replies since this thread is OLD. im having the same problem only not as bad. gear changes while riding fine but recently i fiddled with the clutch hand lever to adjust because i thought the clutch was too tight. now it wont roll when in gear when i hold the handle as if the hand lever isnt working(when motor is off). i tried adjusting the hand lever but nothing. i have to start it in neutral and to put it in gear, i gotta rev a little higher so it wont stall. also i changed the crank oil a few days ago would this cause the problem? i used yamalube 4stroke. (one problem after another..)
