well today was it for me
me nd my friend were riding,, he has...had a banshee bored .060 over and HAD pro circuit pipes

well hhe was doin maybe 85+ and hit a tree on the front right..snapped his chassis in half and the a-arm sunk in 6 inches in an OAK tree

i flipped trying to get to him- i broke my knee
he broke his femur- it was out of his skin squirting blood, he broke his pelvic bone

he is in albany medical center ( the worst place to be here in NY)
he got air lifted

they impounded my blaster cuz we were on a road..not registered and under 16

his banshee caught fire, and the frame bowed up.so its like folded
i have crutches and a leg brace for 6 mmonths..yay me

i am sorry for you both but thats just asking for it .................what kinda road can u hit 85 mph on and why were u going 85 "not you your freind" i dont know how fast you were going. i am sorry to flame and i feel bad for you "i have had surgery" kinda sounds like you guys were riding beyond your ability

im really freaked out cause i tryed to stop the bleeding with my hands and the blood just sprayed everywhere..and it was just traumatizing for a 14yr old ya know..
it was one of those moments where saying i love u to a guy bein gay just goes out the window..
he was going in and out of conciousness <<idk if thats spelled right..and he just kept sayin i love you man dont let me die..i dont think ill sleep for a while...
i just think its one of those things no one should ever experience
he was bleeding so bad they had to use speedy dry to clean up the blood in the road

i hope your buddy is ok.
maybe this will get you and your friend thinking about stuff because what if there was a car or a person on the side of that road.

not to be mean but i just cant bring myself to feel sorry for you two.

i am sorry for you 2 as noone should be injured of there bikes taken away but if it was his driveway then howcome your in trouble

man im sorry to hear that, its scary when sh*t happens in a blink of an eye.
hes lucky at his speed that he didnt hit another tree and die, or from loss of blood. that sh*t is scary, hope you guys get better

because technicly its a "private ""road""" or so they say..cuz it gets plowed by the county in the winter and because it cost 10,000 to get airlifted nowadays
and it cost 5,000 for an ambulance ..they told us when we go to the med center..but we got insurance so its all good.but like i sid..i wish this never happened because he wont ever be the same..
he hit the ground so hard that the helmet crackked up the back and slid off his head

they said i did a good job stopping the bleeding, i didnt have a belt, or any rope..so i took the extra zip ties i had in my seat in my quad..and made like a makeshift tournequit < idk if thats spelled right either.....but it wasnt on long enough to cause permanent damage..he hit the main artery

im glad i took first aid in my hunter safty course
