MUSCLE Vs. IMPORTs

look up john shep on youtube 7 second 4 cylinder dsm with no nitrous

well what about Tony "The Sarge" Schumacher who ran Schumacher broke the ET record at 4.428 seconds and still holds the NHRA National speed record for Top Fuel dragster of 336.15 mph from.
now i realize that this run was most likely done with nitro, but nitro in a 7 sec car isnt ganna make up 2.5 sec.

oh yeah and im not really a tuner fan or a muscle fan.
im a TRUCK fan haha.
i would take a gmc syclone over any import or any muscle.
i would be abile to easily run a 10sec quarter mile with a few mods with the quad in the back haha

can u drive that car to get something from walmart though lol hahaha john shep can get in his eclipse and drive to wally world if he wants and not have to ivade the cops for anything i bet that guy with that top fueled dragster will have too and how much money you think is in that dragster and once again NO NITROUS

ok well, honestly i just hate imports, the only ones that got a good sound are euros on suby (to me anyway), sure they can get fast but i'd take a good muscle any day, especially a classic camaro or something

haha i like how the title of the vid says 7sec car but this is what it said.
"Shep made an amazing pass of 7.95 @ 182.28mph"
its like with the 700r raptor that has 686cc come on now.
still an amaizing run

drag race look up what dodge had to do to keep up with that gtr on the nurbirging track they had to make a special "race" viper to beat a production vehicle and ughh that vette is how much and how much is that skyline

are you sure you read all his mods it may be able to drive down the road to the store but it wouldnt make it very far.
i copied this right off there web site.

Engine

  • Buschur Racing 2.0L Short Block
    • JE pistons
    • Groden aluminum rods
    • Eagle 4340 crankshaft
    • Hard block filled block <--------that right there.
    • Stock oil pump and pan
  • Fox Lake Power Products Cylinder head
there is no cooling system they filled all the water jackets with block cement and if they didnt do that the block would be history..

still a really sweet car!

well the muscle is always ganna own the drag strip
and the tuners FOR THE MONEY are always ganna own the track
its like comparing apples to oranges

and please no dogging on the zr1 cause that car is just amazing

lost vid of that cobra, but this camaro was a nice local car, guy built it himself and such, my bro can tell you more about that lol

the problem with tuners, not just imports but all tuners, is that for every nicely put together one they're 1000 idiots that slapped their moms ironing boards on the trunk, a coffee can behind the stock exhaust, and some LEDs in the ashtray and believe the have a street legal F1 car. I'm a fan of both, I had 300hp cobalt SS/SC for a while, but if i had the money it would be a muscle car hand down
