Looking into a new top.

I want alittle More power on my 01 blaster.Just got my blaster like a week ago.it has a namura piston kit and is bored .80 over...Personality with working on streetbikes/quads and that i feel that is way to much and may not have alot of life left in her.My question is.What other top ends besides for the stock 200cc top end Will just bolt right up.I heard about a 250cc top end?which one is that.Also what others.Any respones would be nice.I do want something with more power keep that in mind.But i also just want something i can bolt and go.Thanks guys

you best bet would be buying a vitos 240 kit. its a whole new top end. i would get a port and polish on it before i bolt if all up. talk to one of the engine builders on here for a port price.

another option you could opt for is to buy a stock cylinder from someone on here and get a nice port and polish job and new piston. you would have some more power and could put it right on the bike

Very Good point..I priced a the Vito's 240 kit..thats exactly more then i want to spend on this little blaster.But am i wrong guys..the previous owner had this bored at .80 to me even for this blaster i think thats way to much..the cylinder walls much be like paper thin

Sometimes you can get .100" out of them, but .080" is often the last bore.
