I cleaned my main jet and airsrew jet and inside of carburator and when i turn on the gas fuel poors out of the black drain tube that comes from the bowl of the carb and drains threw the swing arm. Now i only had it on for about 30 sec and it looked like it was slowing down but i thought id shut of the gas come inside and ask you guys.

Dumb question but do you have the drain screw closed and snugged up? If so then like John said its probably a float issue.
well i removed the carb and kinda oiled where the float pushrod goes up and down cause it was squeeky! then put the carb back on and it stoped! So i went for a 5min ride and shut her off and looked and it was drippen just a little so i tapped it with a wrench and it stopped again, its also real cold here, and metal does expand and contract so i think ill be okay, and man, after cleaning out my carb it runs great just how i want more smoke and i had my air screw at 1turn from closed and now just cause i cleaned my carburator im at 11/2 so that means im getting more fuel!
