Stipped one of mine and had to cut it off. Now I have 3 of the 4 nuts. Please don't tell me this is a special order nut... I went to lowes and fastenal and they don't have it. Bike bandit lists it as special shape nut or something. I hope this one little stupid nut doesn't hold me up
 
Well I hate to break it to you , but that one Stud is holding you up , Sounds like you have allot of work to fix it , Get in touch with a yamaha shop and they might have one in stock for you
 
It is a regular metric M8 nut with a Japanese 12mm hex, strength grade 8.8, which is normal automotive stuff.
The bike shops have the 12mm nuts, but you can use ISO M8 nuts with the 13mm hex, it is harder to get a box end wrench on them.
It may have a built in washer flange but you can (and should) put a washer under it.
Nothing special about it.
