So i have been having some problems getting my bike to shut off, when i rev it and and hit the killswitch it wont shut off. it will just keep reving until it comes back down to idle, then it shuts off could it be a ground somewhere?:-/

It sounds like your running a little on the hot side. Wrong jetting or air leak. If I understand you rite, your saying it takes some time for the revs to come back down.About how long?

it takes about 1or2 seconds to come back to idle, i am on the hot side but the bike tends to smoke a little, and i am off jetting now that its getting colder outside.and what is(dieseling)?

thanks for the advice, will try this later on this day because the bike is at my grandfathers house.also wanted to know i have a 15t sprocket for some more topend and did some research, i read that there is some case grinding involved is it alot of grind or very little.

i have both sides of that, some say you have to grind a little but i have heard more people say it slaps right on. i only run a 14 front but it looks like the room would be there for a 15.

you don't need to grind the cases but the stator cover tends to get in the way. I didn't like the lack of clearance with the 15 tooth. i never ran mine. just too close for comfort for me.

why would u rev it then hit the kill switch??? all your accomplishing is filling the cylinder with unburned fuel which will eventually wash the rings out

thanxs now i know not to do it anymore a (lesson learned). so i went to put the 15t tooth on today and its a tight fit but it will work, but the chain is way too tight, any advice?
