Banshee stroker build is complete.... and SICK!!!!

Finally finished my banshee build for a while. Most recent mods, 4mm long rod stroker, head shaved 30 and cut for stroker, bored 30 over, timing advance +4. HUGE difference. Im definitely gunna have to raise my gearing. 12/41 wont cut it with a stroker. I zip through gears so fast.... Thinking about 14/41? I believe 13/41 is stock.

No porting, dont have the cash. Pro circuit platinum's and stock carbs.

I just had my +4mil long rod motor redone with a 68mm wampus cylin kit and its crazy. I lowered my gearing to 14/44 from 15/43 because i wanted low end power and its pretty hard to hold on in first gear but it puts a grin on your face. I zip threw the gears fast as well but i really dont need to go 100 mph and thats another reason i lowered my gearing. Yea we want to see some pics!!!

did you get the crank welded?

hotrods 4 mils come very lightly welded and cant hold all that power for long.

if you didnt its only like 60 bucks for the piece of mind that its not coming off

I did not get it welded but the next rebuild i do ill get the crank welded, the porting done, and maybe bigger carbs. I dont wanna get too stupid with the power. I ride really tight trails most of the time....

I really havent had time and space to rip threw the gears like i want but i will in a few weeks. I will tell you it pulls really hard with the lower gears as well as it should be fine in an mx situation.
