I cleaned the top of my piston and found some more numbers... 573m0??75 .... looks like a 6 then I can't read the second question mark, they're gone.. but searching I found mo6675 and it says its .030 over.. this is likely my piston, but what is stock?? any help would be great. thanks.

piston says 3209A, but I can't find anything about it on google, ebay, ect..... the bore of my cylinder is nearly 67mm.. the bore on the piston is right at 66mm... so what size do I order from ebay, do they go by the piston or the cylinder???? I ordered a 72.5 big bore before, and they sent...

it smokes because of the two stroke oil that collects in the crankcase during easier riding and idle... the tranny fluid has no effect on it smoking... if you overfill it, it will just run out the overflow in the top... but yeah, as stated before, it should be half way up the "sight glass" on...

EBAY... I believe it was originally for a banshee, but the post said blaster also. And I wanted more speed. Thinking I had the power, I bought it. only $10.00!! but at the dunes, I can't hardly get into high gear even with little 18in paddles... but again.. EBAY!!!

you have to shave the plastic cover... I just bolted it on and popped the clutch to get it going and it carved its own groove... Wouldn't recommend it though, my clutch busted to pieces on the same ride.. (don't know it they are related).. I would shave it ahead of time, it doesn't need much...

I assume its vitos. how do I tell the difference??

no, I don't believe there has been any kind of machine work.. just the 240 kit added... I have too many questions... , how much should I have the head shaved if I chose to do so??? could I put a carb from a rm 250, or tri z 250, or 250r??? what would likely be the single most important...

says fmf gold series on the expansion chamber, vforce3 reeds, says pwk 30 on the carb. jets 52 155.. 240 bore. 72.5 ,15-39 sprocket... need advice on how to get more power. should I get a bigger carb or jets.

exactly what I thought!!... I have a 15 39 on my 240.. it didn't quite want to fit at first (the cover) ..... didn't want to take off either, so I just went ahead and gave her hell so the chain would cut a groove in the plastic.. seemed to work great after the first take off! but less than 20...

My piston snapped a ring in the front (exaust) and had some ugly gouges... cylinder was fine... I swapped the piston with one from a spare motor I have, but its cylinder was pretty rusty, so I swapped the piston ONLY... it did go together easier than normal, but I didn't think nothing of it...

WAIT!!!! before you buy new jets... it should still run plenty fine with the rebuild kit you bought... (maybe not 'FULL' potential, but should still preform as stock+, as long as it was actually the correct kik) two strokes always "high" rev when they run out of gas... it is getting too...

same here, not much southwest of okc... there is about a 500 acre patch of trails at Kaw lake in ponca city that is mostly spider webed through hilly trees, has rocky patches and can also go down and ride along the beach... great if you have friends with boats and jet skis.. best of both...
