Zwiser's build!

went to the dealership yesterday for some oil and saw a ac racing swingarm skid plate for 27.99 on sale it was origanally for 109.99 so i snatched it up and got it mounted with three bolts the forth one on the forward right side wont line up but it still seems very sturdy. and also i got a ac racing front bumper on ebay awhile ago and the top bolt is like off 1/2 an inch from fitting and i also noticed the front tires stick out further than it but they are 23in tires so idk, could it be for a 88-02 blaster? guy said it was off a 03

video of it after break in, took it with my phone so, how do you guys think it sounds engine condition wise, ill get a video of me riding it soon know where to ride where i live ,might take it up the street a few times next nice day to piss the neighbors off

im glad you got this running!! sounds like its idling ok but what is that popping sound? kinda sounds like its responding slow and coming back to idle way fast so its probobly rich. might just be the phone recording funny but get it outside and see how she does!

30:1 with amsoil dominator is trouble !!!!!!!!!
an email straight from amsoil confirmed that dominator is to be run at 50:1
after i had bogging troubles mixing it at 32:1
i GAVE 2 quarts of it away and will never sway from "maxima super M" again
mix the dominator at it's recommended 50:1 or switch to sumthin else and mix 32:1

IMO........................
mixing your oil richer than 32:1 or with an oil made to be mixed at 50:1 is leaninhg out your A/F mixture, and is prolly the source of your idling issues, and i see future heat problems down the road, the fuel keeps the motor cool, not extra oil

is it ok to mix at 50:1 or should i get somthing else but i hate to waste the gas i have mixed full tank plus another 2 gallons mixed, 93 oct 50/50 mixed with c12

amsoil emailed me, and the bottle says to run dominator at 50:1
and now that you have that already mixed, you'd really need to do your math to figure out how much more fuel to add to thin it out to 32:1

lol this is why i always read the back of my oil bottles when im on the throne before i mix em up haha. amsoil recommends 50:1 in plain print on the back i believe. i remember reading it haha. but like awk said do your math good to thin it out properly

also jetting i belive is rich on the pilot its a 48 and 150 main, and idk where the slides at ill check tomarrow, also it was running in my shed and was a good 4 feet from the doors
so the popping may just be the echo ill screw with the jetting and shoot a better video friday.
