I removed my stock silencer to try to put my new pro circuit one on and it wont line up to the bolt holes. It came with all sorts of spacers and washers i dono what to do with either. The silencer needs to slide for into the flange thing for it to mount up but it has a little lipe welded on it to keep it from sliding in more like the stock one! HELP PLEASE!

will it not go on any farther??? and did they say it was a direct slip on for a stock exhaust? sometimes they wont work with stock.

what do yout mean? i have the pro circuit header too...that went on fine. yeah it wont go in farther. in the last picture the little lip coming of of the silencer stops it from entering the flange and more.

hahaha yeah my cam renders them huge cuz i had the manual settings on raw format...lol. but it should serve somesort of purpose right? It does not make any sense that there is not a way to make it fit without altering it?

I'd thread in a piece of metric all thread , then do a offset bend in it so it lines up with the hole for the new silencer .

there probally is a gay ass special rubber connector pro circut makes... jsut make your work its only to seal up the pipes, they all leak a little

i dont even run one of those rubber thingers.....most people just use some radiator hose and some hose clamps

another tip when installing a pipe always loose fit everything then when you get everything bolted on go back and tighten everything down

Def loosen the nut where the header bolts to the frame and see if it will rock forward enough to make everything else fit. if not shorten the silencer pipe where it slides into the header to make it a little shorter.

I have procircuit T304 system as well and my stinger to headpipe connection looks exactly like that second picture set. I did not use a rubber connector and my joint does not leak because it's a three layer metal on metal connection unlike some of the others.

The only thing that might be wrong is that the rubber vibration mount is backward pushing the pipe towards the right side of the quad and backwards at the same time...

Try loosening up everything including the vibration mount and wiggling things around until the silencer lines up. I know they do if things are moved around correctly.

yeah... it seems like a pretty tight connection. ill prob get everything mounted right. and just throw so radiator hos and clamps on there to be sure. i think i can slide the silencer into the header more also.
