Hi, quick question about a lil problem I'm having. First off I just picked this 00 blaster up. It has a vitos 240 kit on it. The carb that is on it is a pwk #73RAB MF, main jet is a 136. The quad fires rite up first or 2nd kick every time! Idles perfect. 1st gear is pretty snappy and so is 2nd, but when I get 3rd n up it falls on its face!!!!! The pipe is an fmf fatty gold series, has vitos reeds, and tusk racing clutch pack. Any help??? Thanx........o and I mixed 93 oct. Fuel with klotz r50 at 40:1.
klotz r50 is garbage i tried that stuff once and it made my blasters run just like yours like crap dont use that use Klotz Super TechniPlate ive been use it for ever and i never had any probs both my blasters have 240 kits and im mixing at 32-1 and they run great

I have tried other brands as well, I just thought I would try some other type of oil??? I'm thinking the carb is just to big?
how big is the carb? and personally i think that if your machine dosent idle by itself without tension on the cable you have more work to do..
Know Also, does anyone know exactly what size this carb is??? Numbers on the carb are.....73rab mf, its a pwk. I called vitos, n they said it was prolly way to big but couldn't tell me what size it was

Well after all the advise,(thanx everyone) I figured it out!!!!! I removed the airbox lid and this thing runs like a scared rabbit!!!! Wow it really rips! I just checked the wash and plug. Its spot on!
