Two rebuilds...underway

It's no fun if you're not riding hard!! I'll just avoid the jumps and wheelies for this weekend and take it easy. Order a new hub soon...if it's not axle specific since I don't know what axle I have.

What are we talking abiutbwhen you say the hub, just to clarify...

the sprocket hub......what the sprocket bolts too, thats what probably has the worn splines on yours.
it's softer cast metal versus the machined axle

Yeah, after watching half of that video I've decided that someone who has rebuilt motors from nothing probably shouldn't be asking these questions...

Replace 7 now or you will be replacing 1 very soon as well.

I did not notice any 10 behind the nuts, fit new ones or you may be replacing a chain, sprocket, engine case or a left leg, if your luck runs out.

Locking tabs, there are three.

Lots of folks rely on Loctite, do not, I have seen Loctite come loose and the results of a chain coming off at high speed.
I can assure you it was not a pretty sight.

When the engine was faltering, what was the throttle position. We're you on the needle or WOT?

When you first took off, how warm was the engine, it sounded like it was not completely warm before you gave it throttle.

How long since rebuild?

Have you leak tested and done all the pre tuning requirements with the carb.
