twist or thumb?

the twist works better on a bike because in a turn you lean alot instead of turning the bars, when you turn the bars on an atv your hand naturally twists so if not used to it you can give throttle when you dont want to. ive had both throttles on quads and owned a bike also, and i like thumb on a quad and twist on a bike. for a new person on a twist i recommend a normal twist, not a 1/4 turn one, its more forgiving if you accadently twist it when jumping or in a wheelie. my input.

Guess it depends on what you are used to, I can see where a twist throttle could get you into trouble on a quad. I prefer thumb to twist on a quad due to the differences between 2 and 4 wheels.

my friend has a motion pro on his raptor 700 and i rode it the other day. i dont like it and he doesnt either. just kinda preference, but i think its easier to jump and stuff with a thumb

one of my friends has a twist throttle on his blaster and i dont personally like it, i would say ride one that has a twist throttle and if you like it go for it
