Tired of the problems

Got new crank seals in the blaster and it is no longer puffing white smoke. Now, it wants to start and actually ran for a second or 2 then died. I believe a wire is shorting out somewhere????? anyone have any tips?

hmm when it starts what it do just bogg down and die?or . did you try cleaning out your carb and replacing your plug?.

-edit- i just seen that you are running a Ricky Stator i have herd nothing good about them stators that could be your prob right there maybe??..

The Ricky Statpr should be fine....it's brand new. I bought this quad about 3 months ago with quite a few problems. Put a new stator in it, new crank seals, air filter, plug, cleaned carb and checked over everything. It bogged down and died when it did start. When trying 2 push start it, it shocked me through the hyandlebars and grips. I think the problem is that the yellow/black wire has to go to the solid black wire dealing with the tors. A friend eliminated my tors and thought that the black wire went to the other black wire, but after looking at the wiring schimatic I think the yellow/black wire needs to go to the solid black wire.
