I have found out so much about my Blaster over the last few days that I was lied to about its not funny. First off its a 95, not a 96 like he said. I was told the engine had a stroker crank, bored .030 over, head milled .030, port job etc. Well I pulled the head today to find its only been bored over, cylinder looks good though. But nothing else he said was done. He told me all the front and rear wheel bearings were replaced and swing arm bushings, also a lie. The front right wheel bearings are loose. I was told the rear brakes didn't work and it only needed pads to find a gutted brake caliper when I took it apart. The wheel nuts were put on so tight we had to cut one off with a torch. But whatever, he will get his.

Edit, I do realize most of it is my fault as I should have really checked it over better and pulled the head in front of him. Just ranting cause you can't trust anyone now a days.

i was lied to when i bought mine to.i was also told i just needed pad for rear brake,and was told it was an 01 like it says on bill of sale but its a 00,and was also told it was a 240 kit which was stock when i replaced the piston.this was my first atv so didnt really know much about it

yeah thats definately B.S. when i got my roller the guy said it was all good but when i took the plastics off i found it was bent to sh*t. luckily the guy made good on it and gave me a different one. i think it all comes down to greed. X(

I bought mine 2 months ago, previous owner said it was in mint cond. I found out, It leaked oil, No rear brakes, Clutch plates stick, And much more. Oh well, My fault.. I was just excited to get the blaster.

how much was it acualy bored over? the smaller the better. unless he said not bored over but a big bore kit. being bored .030 over doesnt make it 230cc's. being bored over less than that just means you have more life in your cylinder. 1 years not a hell of a difference seeing as there all pretty much the same up untill 03. and i too was told my rear caliper needed just pads but it was mangled and missing components. alot of people lie man, you just gota deal with it. sucks not everyone can be honest these days.

even worse someone tells you its a great machine and pay 1000$ and fined out it was stolen and he says he noes the orginal owner I got the police involved never got my money back but they got into troble

when i bought mine of kijiji i wasnt familiar with blasters. after i bought it i realized the blaster i bought was an 03 and the one in the picture was an 02 but the pic was taken from the back. it was a completely different picture of a completely different quad!! hate people like that

when i bought my blaster i was told it had a big bore kit on it and that it didn't run. I could tell before i bought it that it did not have the bb kit, but i didn't try to start it when i had it there, took it home and it started on the second kick, so i kinda got lied to in a good way haha!

This is making me a little worried about the blaster I'm getting in about a week the guy says all it needs is rear brakes and a gear shifter which he is selling to me along with the quad. I don't expect him to rip me off seeing how he is my neighbor but I'm still a little worried
