I actually scratched the damn thing when i was cutting the tape off around the logo. this is no bs, right as i was finishing the cut, the frige in the garage kicked on as i was rounding the last corner and it threw the breaker bc i had a heater fan runnin in there too. so it went pitch black and i slipped with the razor blade. what luck!.

and yes this is mx's bumper

Looks good. I was thinking about trying to make some kind of plate to bolt into the center section of the one I just bought and paint it blue. Give it a little more style.

lol for some of us if it wasn't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all

You should definitely post a diy polishing thread. Your motor is impressive, i've seen it in your avatar posts and always wondered what it took to get it done. Plz do a thread on polishing in the DIY.

ok heres some pics of what i did today on the blasty. needed to clean up my dirty, scratched up plastics, and took all the stickers off. this is the pic before i sanded them but after i took the stickers off.

someone asked for a polishing diy well read it here. here is the first step. stripping the paint(if the part is painted) I used aviation stripper and i would suggest buying some decent rubber gloves bc these latex ones just kept melting. I also used steal wool to scrup the paint off after teh stripper started working

this is what it looked like after the stripper. as you can see there is still sanding work to be done
