here are the buffer whells i used after the sandpaper wheel. these don't last long and cost like 4bux for 2 and you need the dremel quick conect to use them.

here's what was left after the buffer wheels. you can also use these to smooth out scratches from the sandpaper wheel.

these are the two polishing compounds you use on the polishing wheels that i got from caldwells... i think is the name of the place. that's where i got the wheels not the polish. I got the pollish at lowes

If you lived closer scot i would media blast it for free for you and save you a ton of work, well that offer stands for anyone who lives near me that needs free media blasting on blaster parts. We use a glass bead that does an amazeing job on topends, bottoms or covers.

man that looks good, but on the other hand its going to look like sh*t the first time u ride it in the woods and trees and brushes rub against it, thats the only thing stopping me from doing it, all that work and to see it get all messed up is gonna hurt

I have not lost my grasp on reality for one second and started to think that all this hard work is gonna last forever. I don't really care how thrashed it get's from ridin that is kidna the point of a quad is to run the hell out of it. It will just make each freshen up ezer in the future. and that isn't white paint it's clear so if it chips you won't even hardly see it.

Got some stuff done. started mocking everything up.400ex shock bushings and f7 airbox.

here is where i bolted up the airbox to keep it clear of the shock and to make it look kinda straight. I just used a rubber mallet to tweak the unused bracket to where i needed it and tightened the curve on the left frame mount and opened up the curve on the right side to pull the whole box to the left
