Brand new rebuilt motor, new bore and wiesco piston bored by Ken. Porting by ken, haad machining, by ken. All new motor just ready to be running. First heat cycle done, second heat cycle done, third heat cycle done just like ken said to, let it sit overnight. Come out the next morning and let it idle for a few minutes, I revved it a little bit just to make sure it was warm. Putted up and down my street in second gear, then did a couple third gear revs, just enough to pull the front wheels off the ground and then I let the revs come back down. Did that a few times then pulled it into the garage to put the plastics back on, trying to get it into neutral and it stalled. Try to start it and the kick starter is frozen, I roll the quad back and forth getting it into neutral, kick starter works fine now. Won't start back up, pull plug and see a piece of metal up in there. Check compression, 65psi, I need about 100n more. I am to damn depressed to even pull the head and see what happened. Stand by for part out guys, it might just happen.
