suspension settings

How does everyone have the suspension set? I am talking about the little notches you can adjust on the shock. Just kinda curious on what everyone else has so I can try somthing new without playing the guessing game.

if your gonna jump high make them a little tiny bit hard but not to hard or it will break, if u do not know how to do it right don't mess with it

Mine is too stiff, I need to adjust it.
Just play with the knob and you'll find the setting that suites you best.

Preload doesnt do anything but effect right height and weight distribution. I have almost no preload (rides lower) and have my rebound damping set at 6 of 11. I still have to mess with it a bit.
