any 1 have any tips on freeing up a stuck cable.its not crimped or frayed,and ive been spraying pb blaster in it

is the cable off the bike ?
hang it vertically, keep applying the PB and/or WD, working the inner cable as much as you can, to flush the crud down and out,
if it doesn't free up, it's possible the cable has cut into the inner sheath and may not be salvagable

I have taken a zip lock baggy torn off the corner, stick the cable end through the opening, tape around the opening in the baggy to seal it to the cable, spray in your lube of choice and let it hang over night.
