So I have a 2000 blaster with stock everything except a pod filter and tors and 32:1. The bike bogs and is low on power even after we jetted it and it has no leaks and the top end is still good so I’m a little stuck. I’m a new blaster owner and I’m looking for a little help. Also there is a rattle in the expansion chamber and I’m not sure if that’s the problem or not.

Welcome .. Stock pipe has baffles inside and they can rust or break loose. Don't see how that could cause the power issue but read it can. Good luck

Agree. If everything is in good working order with your carb and top end, aside from ignition I would be checking to make sure that pipe isn't stopped up somehow.
So turns out that baffle was the issue because my whole exhaust broke and I had to limp it back to the trailer but the issue was completely gone. Even though the power was significantly lower, there were no cut outs in the power band at all. It was also insanely loud.
