Stock Pipe

As Scot said, the stocker does OK, but you're still a bit restricted with it. Just wait until you ride a Blaster with an aftermarket pipe and properly-jetted carb. There will be a difference.

Am I the only one who thinks the stock pipe pulls pretty hard at times? Because it can scare me in the woods. Or am I just a newbie who has seen nothing yet haha.

There was a link around here and article, reviewing pipes and in that review, the stock pipe did farelywell.

The stock pipe set up is not all that bad to have.

Thats why those who get a aftermarket, ensure they get a good one. Because some aftermarket pipes are equal to the stock pipe.

It would be nice to know where to get an lrd jet kit or something similar.

jet kits are a waste of money, you'll only get 2, maybe 3 jets that are actually in the range you need, the rest are ones they can't sale to anyone else

just ask in here what jets you need, one of us will put you into a 3-4 jet range, for what ever mods you have and elevation you're at.
the do the plug chops, they're are the only certain way to tell what your motor is doing and asking for jetting wise.

BTW....LRD performance is no longer.
Arlen is now on his own under the name "LED performance"

Beware of jet kits, they often come with a selection of jets that you will never use.

I am not familiar with the LRD kit, but what jets are useful are 260 through 320.

Kits sometimes come with a needle which is good to clean the wax from your ears but useless in a stock carby.
