Good news! I got the brakes to work...$109 later. I bought a brand new YFZ450 master.
I bench bled the master (again) and then bled the system (for the eighth time). I can now lock up the fronts, but I have to look at the slides on the right caliper, as it doesn't quite grab as hard as the left.

Nothing like hydros on the front.at least you know you can stop in alot shorter distance in an emergency. You running steel braided lines?

Yup! I got a set of Galfer's. I use them on all my stuff.
