Rebuild on the "FREE SHEE"

I HAVE SPARK!!!!! It was a bad CDI. I put the dynatek CDI and coil on and shee started sparking. I put the old CDI on with the new coil and no spark. So we got the carbs on, airbox on, exhaust on, taped wire harness and zip tied it to the frame, and ran the fuel lines. I am starting with 27.5 pilots, stock needles, and 310 mains. Toomey calls for 280.

haha wheelies, you might have to worry more about racing stripes on your underoos after taking that beast for a rip.lol

That would be awesome! I will work on it some tomorrow. I drank to much moonshine last night and I'm still experiencing some flu like symptoms :(

Got the new throttle cable, carb caps, clutch cable, and coolant guage on. Got the clutch adjusted. I'll be syncing the carbs tomorrow through the sight glass to get them close. Then one I get it running I'll use the synce tool. The only thing I don't have is some BR8es plugs and some gear oil.

Got her ready to fire up. Put the engine ice in, synced carbs, reset timing to stock. Now I can use the CDI to adjust timing, that's what the little box in the picture is.

I mounted the pipes directly to the frame. the hangers put them to low for my liking.

Coming along nice! Like the idea of mounting the pipes to the frame!
