i'd first off by start checking for power with a tester, starting at the battery and follow it to the starter, solenoids, control box, coil, key and kill switch, and dont forget about where the grounds hook to the frame also, checking for loose or bad connections along the way, some of those have a fuse near the battery or under the seat too, check to make sure it's not one of the kids bikes that take a tether switch, <<<they need that to run

Those control boxes or cdi's or whatever you want to call it are notorious for going bad on those china quads.
ive got a little chinese gokart and the same thing happened to that. it was the coil. getting parts is a joke for chinese nonamers. i found a coil out of a old lawnmower that worked.
