Putting stock silencer on with toomey ?

Well in a week I'm got a trip plan to go here

West Virginia ATV Trails | Burning Rock Off Road Park

And what sucks is that i need a spark arrestor but my toomey doesn't have one in it . So I'm thinking of putting the stock back on , but how bad will this hurt my performance ? I know i might have to re-jet my carb though right ?

i would think it will be no different, a silencer really dosent do much except make noise lol I:I I:I

I agree. If the silencer has the same size tube, I bet it won't change anything. Most silencers have a straight perforated tube inside with the packing around it to absorb some of the noise. Now if it is chambered in some way that would be a different story.

I noticed the other day on Toomeys site that they say using ANY other silencer with their pipe will hurt perfomance (of course they say that). But ya gotta do what ya gotta do...

i believe toomey makes a bolt on flame arrestor, just a though
