Hey fella's what's going on. I should be off deployment soon and was wondering is there any pre-start up maintenance or checks you guys would recommend before starting my Blaster after it sat for 3 months? Prior to deploying I drained all the gas from the tank and carb and clened the carb. I also put a teaspoon of 2 cycle oil in the cylinder as well and lubed all cables and put her up on my ATV jack on all fours. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!I:I

I would check the air filter and pipe for mice nests. I would do a leak down test to be on the safe side. Make sure the clutch, throttle and brakes work fine. I would also check to make sure none of the chain links are binding.

Thanks for the advice guys!!! Really excited to ge back to my family!!! Ordered ASR +3 up 1 a-arms, T-Rock Swinger from KOR +3, Works Dual rates, and swing arm components and new sprockets and chains so I can't wait to install and get on the local track!!! Thanks again fella's!!!

when you store it , you should get a exhaust plug , and plug the airbox with a rag to keep out the mice , escpecially if you are storing it long term. I have one of those ultrasonic pest repellers in my garage to keep the rodents from taking up residence , they can make a mess of wiring in a real hurry.

Yes I forgot to mention that I do have an exhaust plug in and I cut the snorkle on the airbox lid and sealed it up to accomadate the resevior for the 400ex rear shock. I have the outwears lid that I got from CS racing, if Im not mistaken.
