Opti 2 Engine Oil

I have seen this brand of engine oil and it says it doesn't matter the rato you just mix ohne packet with a gallon of gas. Is this okay to use? Here is a link.

im sure its fine.

never heard of it. dont think it would hurt to try it but because it doesnt talk about a specific ratio idk

Ok I might try it because it seems easier than mixing with the ratio but I didn't want to screw up my engine.

well. Most of us on here have to premix, might as well buy yourself some klotz, amsoil, belray, or other good brand oil. i run Bel Ray MC1 or here is a link to find a premix ratio. Best be running 32:1. stay on the rich side.

yeah i would deff run something like klotz and mix 32/1 that way you know what you got in the tank

i ran something like that in one of my chainsaws to see if it works...long story short it blew up in about 10 mins. i would just mix my gas, it takes less time(money too) to mix your gas then it does to rebuild a top end.

Yeeeep!!
Why try something new when you know the best oils are at your dealership or online. Get a ratio rite cup if your worried about correct mix.

IMO Klotz super techni plate is the best oil period.
So, in my mind if I know I am using the best oil at 32 to 40:1 I don't have to worry about it.

I use Opti 2 in my weed eater, dirt bike and rc car and never had a problem, it's good stuff
But it's not cheap, you'd be better off buying a performance oil like Bel-Ray, Klotz or Amsoil and pre-mix at 32:1

that stupid slogan of one packet for a gallon of gas is dumb my step brother blew up his blaster running that crap i told him not to run it.......
all your paying for if the fancy packets

Wow, I haven't seen Golden Spectro forever. Probably because nobody around me stocks it. I remember back in the late 70's when I started riding it was Klotz, BelRay, Golden Spectro or nothing. These are all old school time tested excellent pre mix oils.

I doubt he blew it up from just using Opti-2
All motors wear out eventually and blow up, nothing lasts for ever

Pre mixing is not hard to do I don't know why people fuss about it, just fill up a 5 gal can of gas and oil that lasts for 2 whole blaster tanks. Heres an easy to use ratio calculator Gas Oil Mixture Ratio Calculator I used that when I first started and after awhile its like clock work.
