Anyone less than 30 posts is able to vote but in the end there vote will be retracted once the conteset ends.

For instance page 2 in this thread "seblasterowner" voted and he clearly has only 28 posts so I am sure that vote will be retracted.Blocking anyone under 30 votes may be the way to go,atleast it will give them some incentive to get to 30 posts and vote.Just maybe.lol

Im certain it used to be blocked under 30 votes.... That may have changed when he re-did the format or changed servers or whatever he did....

I don't get the whole 30 posts to vote anyway. Someone making a bunch of fake profiles just to vote for themselves is pretty unlikely. who would go through all that to get a sticker. I say let em vote more insentive to join the site
