on the hose coming from the waterpump.I mounted the pipes to get my clearances right

well I guess instead of just installing the clutches,i should have looked around a little better took cover off and the inner clutch basket doesn't spin in the outter and I need a crank seal.well I guess ill put the carbs intakes and head on then wait 2-4 weeks till funds are available and get the parts and cluch tool,any ideas on why the inner basket wont spin in the outter?

its most likely missing the washer in behind the basket and or inner clutch hub

I hope that's it the crank seal is in backwards the springy part is loose on the shaft.But its ok I may be a while now because of funds but ill say it again I want it right so no more hurry.Ill install the head carbs reeds.And wait impatiently and when I ride I will know I diid all I could to make it right and make it mine
