i used the aluminum foil trick, with a wire brush in the screw gun for the welds, and then rubbed some turtle wax polish on when done

sorry the pipe looks small i forget that the GoPro has that super wide angle lens on it so i need to get closer

thanks, got it on and sounds so much better than the stock pipe, :)

did the neighbor lady think it sounds better too ??

did you rejet and plug chop for the new added airflow of the pipe ???

Plug chop before riding any more!

too late rode for an hr or so today, i dont have a new one right now i dont think......

i know i should but im thinking its good cause it was rich before with the stock pipe,

but yeah i prolly wont be riding as neighbor is ticked off, and just dont feel like ridin right now so i will have a plug before i ride again

Did I read no air filter, let me be the first to smack your wrist.

FMF= #260
No airfilter + 3 sizes.
Cold weather + 1 or 2 sizes.

Main should be #300 - 310.

Watch this space, here comes another rebuild thread.:D:D:D

ok i will up it then plug chop it later

yes i said no air filter....... its like 12 degrees here covered in snow there aint no dust floatin around this time or year....

loool yeah that is prolly next if all goes well im sure it needs to be done anyway

Ok so blaster is in basement waiting for it to warm up to the touch so i can take carb out and switch jets and the biggest jet i have on hand is a 300 so hopefully that's what i need

Also need to get a few cheaper spark plugs to do chops with

ummm?? i put the #300 jet in and plug chop was good, but it seems a little boggy in 2nd and third gear in the middle rpm's??

any suggestions
