Need Advice

I just bought a 99 Blaster for my 13 yr old son for $700. It runs and looks great but the rear handle to lift the quad is missing along with the tail light. Any suggestions where I can get it and exactly what it is called? also, the plastics look like they were replaced and in good condition, where can I get decals from? Any input would be appreciated along with any info on the 99 Blaster.
