Need a little help

After going thruge old threads on rear shocks, I am going to purchase ether
a 400 ex or a yfz 450 rear shock. I am about 235 lbs and just wondering
witch one would be better?

ps. I do aggressive trail riding mainly.

I'm not to worried about the install have all the tools to mod.
plus alot of pointers from old threds. It seems thay are very close in price.

ive been happy with the 400ex, plus with the ease of installation i think its a winner. im about 205lbs and basically have all adjustments in the middle.
