Moose "Heel Guard" Nerf Bars

Hey guys I Just picked up a set of heel guard nerf bars on ebay. They are made by Moose.
There is one problem they have no heel guard, but they have these two large diameter holes at the back. The item is brand new and looks great.

Did the blaster come with some sort of factory heel guard that is suppose to be there.

Or do i need to give the seller a hard time for an inaccurate description.

I will try to post a picture of the bars so you can see what I am talking about.

I have also given the link to the auction, the picture was slightly deceiving, it looks like the ends turn up.

looks legit to me, those holes are for the blasters stock plastic heel guards. i dont think there is anything shady here.

these plastic pieces are what goes there if you want, these are rip off expensive but you get the idea of what they are.
