rebuilt my blaster around 2 months back with wiseco parts and ive used it for around 5-6 hrs max just been in the garage and checked the compression and its down quite alot there is some there but not much ,and ideas

Did you retorque the head and cylinder nuts after warming it up a few times? Those tend to come loose and rebuild and cause air leaks which will make your compression lower. Also double check that your spark plug isnt loose. After checking those use a compression tester. The kick starter can give you a good idea but use a tester for a definite answer....

and was it leakdown tested before and after the heat cycles, proper breakin, head and base nuts retorque
or did you just wing it and hope for the best ?????

no it was run in tidy ,ive rebuilt bikes lots of times ,ive checked the bolts every time i went out on it,checked the plug and their all nice and tight, when i done it first you couldnt push the kickstart down with your hand,i just been up the garage and when i rebuilt it i filled the oil bag up full ,ive used it for 5-6 hrs max and the oil has fallen around 2 inches or so in the bag,and it starts first time and idles sweet, last time it wouldnt start tidy at all but no probs now, what is the best to clean the cylinder once i put new rings in and mix manually

Do a compression test. By "bag of oil" I assume you mean you are still running oil injection? It should have dropped a lot more then 2 inches in that many times of riding I think...

thats what i was thinking so perhaps the injection isnt doing its job,i will pop down my mates garage tommorrow and do a compression test
