kickstart!!!

Has anyone had problems with the kickstart geting stuck in between the frame and the braket down below that holds the footbrake cable as u try to start it...any sugeston on how to fix this issue that am having other than beding the pcs os steel or cuting a nothc off of it..

Is it posssible that the kick arm has been installed incorrectly? Adjusting it by only a couple teeth could make a difference.

yea where its at down by the case make sure its as close to the case as you can then bolt it down

Try taking off the kick start crank and reposition a few splines up or down on the kick start shaft.
