Just got my new blaster and it runs great! Looks relatively clean too, will post pics. Got it Home in running and Riding condition, but it wasn't quite up to par in the power department, so I pulled the carb and cleaned it up real good, put on some new fuel line, and it ran real good! I:I Really cool because I traded a nice running street bike for it that I had only $375 into. I'm psyched!

First thing to do to a bike that is new to you, is a leak down test, followed by a plug chop to see if the jetting is correct.

You do not want to do that ^ until a Leak down test , then check jetting then a Plug Chop to confirm propper Jetting

Ditch the TORS immiediately,and do the basics exhaust,jetting,filter,ditch the air bor lid,+4 timing and you wont recognize it.
